The company’s consolidated revenues from operations for Q4 FY23 stood at ₹749 crore, up 12% YoY, while the consolidated revenues from operations for the full year FY23 were ₹2,801 crore, reflecting YoY growth of 26%.

Gravita’s EBITDA for Q4 FY23 was ₹85 crore, a YoY growth of 17%, and for the full year FY23, the EBITDA stood at ₹286 crore, reflecting YoY growth of 33%. The company’s PAT for Q4 FY23 was ₹64 crore, up 54% YoY, while the PAT for the full year FY23 stood at ₹201 crore, reflecting YoY growth of 44%. The company’s operating cash flow for the full year FY23 stood at ₹200 crore.

The board of directors of Gravita India Limited has approved a dividend of 217% (i.e., Rs. 4.35 per share) for its shareholders.
